Snowblind
If only you had been able to tell
where the invisible line in the powder had been drawn,
Maybe you wouldn’t have crossed it.
Maybe you would have stopped in time,
but I doubt it. You never knew when it
was time.
You could have had it all—
Me, the very, very fine house with
two cats in the yard, but now life is so
hard because of you:
Packing your nose
full of white
while your heart pounded
wild like a jackhammer and didn’t stop
because you couldn’t stop
until you were
gone.

-
I am a writer.
3. Day to day life parallels the unpredictability of keeping a grizzly bear as a pet.
4) I will always wonder what could have been had I chosen alternate paths.
5) Mean people not only suck, they suck hard.
6) I will never be an organized person.
7) Some broken hearts never heal.
8) Heart is where the home is.
9) Shit happens.
10) I will continue to write.

I inherited my dad’s brown eyes and dark curly hair.
I’ve got my mom’s straight nose, stubby legs and haughty attitude.
Where my third arm comes from, no one speculates. That subject is double-dog taboo. There’s a story there…
