What would it be like
I wonder,
to count the gold
flecks in your
hazel eyes and smell
the fabric
softener of your shirt,
to be in your space.
Utter perfection!
And if we
(just for a moment)
were close enough
to kiss
one kiss.
Apart from the fabric softener, which would start off an asthma event, I loved it. Especially the gold flecks in the hazel eyes. :)
A poignant quadrille, Susan, especially the smell of fabric softener on a shirt, which makes me wonder why there is too much space between them for a kiss.
“to be in your space”: This is what drives the need for romance and intimacy. I love how sublimely you put the idea across.
Remember, you don’t want a goodlooking kisser, they just pose Susan. Find s kisser who really likes to subtle ceremony and sweet sensuality of bestowing the kiss. It will rock your world and change your,lif! It will be the most sensationnal experience of your lif

These are just perfect details to make the reader really wonder…..That’s a romanticized closeness that comes with a desire and yearning. :)
