Displaying his characteristic ill manners and bad taste,
Brad attempted to put their guests at ease
with the old “who farted?” cliché.
Brad blamed Janet,
Janet blamed Brad, while
both knew it was
one of the houseguests.
As an encore he’d tried a couple of stupid elephant jokes:
What Do You Call A Passenger Plane Shaped Like An Elephant?
A Dumbo jet!
and
What game should you never play with an elephant?
Squash!
Not to be outdone,
Janet followed with the faux pas
of serving circus peanuts.
Discomfited, the family
packed-up their trunks,
emitted a collective haze of putrescence—
and trundled back to
The Jungle.
