Pork usually. I wanted to know how it tastes like. I also tasted blood, but not like drank it, just a drop of it.

A butcher that does the slaughter when there are holiday approaching was eating the raw meat and so he offered me some, and I accepted to try it. I never tried the tartre dough. I might if I can find where they serve that, :D What’s your experience with the raw meat?

Raw pork? Wow. And you didn’t get sick? The only time I’ve had raw meat was when I was a little girl. My mom would let me taste raw hamburger meat while she was making meat loaf. That was a long time ago, before they started using growth hormones in the animals feed. I’ve never had steak tartare. Haven’t even seen it on a menu in years.

Well, we have GMO banned by law. Everything is organic in the Balkans. :D Any vegetable you pick in the garden is safe to eat, just rub it from your clothes and dig your teeth in it.

Yeah, raw pork. It wasn’t that bad really. The biggest problem is to chew off a bite. I was twelve when I tried it first. :D
