Your final three words for this week are:
HOLIDAY
PUNCH
TANTRUM
Christopher was a brat. His parents couldn’t take him anywhere without incident. Unfortunately, no one would babysit for them anymore, not even the grandparents, so if they wanted to go somewhere, they had to take the kid.
One time, they were invited to a Holiday party. Christopher got cranky about halfway through it because no one was paying attention to him. So, the little monster threw a tantrum to end all tantrums. He threw himself on the floor, kicked and screamed, and held his breath.
Christopher’s father came prepared. He wandered over to the punch bowl, removed the bottle from inside his vest and sloshed some Everclear in it. Not too much, just enough to give it a little kick.
He ladled out a cup for Christopher. All that crying and tantrum-throwing must’ve made him thirsty — he chugged it down like a pro.
Soon, Christopher was sound asleep, and they all partied happily ever after.
